As an anthropologist, my family and I seek authentic experiences when we travel. Flying Dog Hostel in Cusco delivered just that. The colonial charm of the hostel, complete with a lovely dog and cat, immersed us in the local ambiance. The well-equipped kitchen and cozy common areas made us feel at home. Our stay was seamless with a child under two and a teenager, as the staff ensured we were comfortable. The convenience of surfing the web kept our young one entertained. The location near Plaza de Armas was ideal for exploring Cusco.Despite a few maintenance areas needing attention, like the outdoor furniture, our family had a wonderful time. The spacious room and friendly atmosphere made it a great choice for families. Flying Dog Hostel strikes a balance between affordability and an authentic Peruvian experience. It's a place where families can create lasting memories together.
